Get Help from Learning Technologies

Learning Technologies provides a wide range of services to faculty. You are welcome to walk in, but it’s often more productive to book an appointment with us so we can be better prepared to assist you. However, we know it can be confusing figuring out what type of help you need and who in LT is best prepared to provide it. The information below can help direct you. Still not sure? Send an email to our general ticketing system at learningtech@cod.edu

NOTE: Please only book ONE session at a time. If you need more support, you can discuss additional meetings at the end of your appointment.

  • Learn how to perform a specific task in the LMS (“show me how to do X”).
  • Troubleshoot issues with media, integrations, or third-party tools.
  • Ensure your course content displays properly (formatting, links, embed issues).

  • Improve student engagement with different activities, discussion design, or authentic assessments.
  • Get actionable feedback on your course based on quality standards from the OSCQR rubric.
