Learning Technologies has gotten a number of Blackboard tickets in recent weeks related to caching issues with the Blackboard site. If you are running into problems with elements disappearing, items not displaying properly, or just general weirdness, you may just need to clear your cache. Here’s how you do that:

Those using integrations in Blackboard may also want to ensure that third-party cookies are set to “allowed” in the browser settings, as this can also cause issues.
