Blackboard Updates
Blackboard has had a few updates over the past few months, including one just last week. What does that mean?
The most recent update didn’t change much in terms of functionality or features. It did, however, ensure that all the newly requested integrations for fall are deployed and ready to go.
There were more major updates to both Blackboard and Blackboard Collaborate earlier this year, however. Learn more about those here:
Finding Help
Can’t seem to figure out how to get something to work? Don’t struggle alone! There’s help available.
- Learning Technologies Call, email, or stop in! We’re open from 8-5 on M-F during the Fall term.
- Knowledge Base Stuck on something late at night? We have a Knowledge Base that might be able to help you even though we’re not here to answer the phone or email.
- Blackboard You can always also turn to Blackboard itself for help and support. They have a number of online resources that can answer you questions.
